We want you to be completely satisfied with your specializesboots.com purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with original tags attached and in the original packaging.
After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or process refunds. All sales are final on marked-down items, including clearance or sale merchandise.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal and follow the instructions. You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item on our website.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund. Please note, minor variations in material grain or natural markings on leather are characteristics of the material and are not considered defects.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
International Returns
We are unable to process returns for international orders at this time.
